Dumbbell full body workout

This workout uses a set of dumbbells and five exercises to give you a great full body workout. Each exercise is completed for 40 seconds with 10 seconds rest between. 5 rounds with about 45 seconds rest in between. The five exercises are:
Alternating snatch with reverse lunge
Bent over row to upright row
Front squat with march
Lateral lunge with swing / curl to shoulders
Plank push up and back
