Dumbbell full body workout

This workout uses a set of dumbbells and five exercises to give you a great full body workout. Each exercise is completed for 40 seconds with 10 seconds rest between. 5 rounds with about 45 seconds rest in between. The five exercises are:

  1. Alternating snatch with reverse lunge

  2. Bent over row to upright row

  3. Front squat with march

  4. Lateral lunge with swing / curl to shoulders

  5. Plank push up and back
