EMOM - Every Minute On the Minute. This is short, intense but definitely bang for your buck! You need some weights for this one.
This workout runs on a 3 minute circuit.
Minute 1:
10 goblet squats
10 squats to calf raise
10 pulse squats (staying low)
Rest for whatever remains of that minute!
Minute 2:
10 shoulder presses
10 bicep curls
10 front presses
Rest for whatever remains of that minute!
Minute 3:
15 burpees (and so many variations of this, just do what is right for you!)
Rest for whatever remains of that minute.
Repeat this 3 minute cycle 5 times for a total of 15 mins.
