Full body dumbbell circuit

Here is a 20-25 minute workout that challenges your whole body - so grab a set of dumbbells and get going!


There are five exercises in this workout:

  1. Narrow squat to alternating lateral lunge

  2. Alternating reverse lunge with bicep curl

  3. Half burpee to front squat

  4. Staggered deadlift with bent over row (alt. 2 each side)

  5. Dumbbell pullover with single leg extension.

Periods of work are 40 seconds, with 10 seconds rest. We rest for about 30 seconds between rounds, of which there are 5.
