This workout focuses on leg strength with a bit of subtle core work added to the mix. It is an interval workout - 40 seconds work, 15 seconds rest. There are 6 exercises and 4 rounds, with 1 minute rest between rounds.
You will need some weights for this workout - one or two dumbbells, a kettlebell or other household objects!
The exercises are:
Static lunge left - weight on left side
Static lunge right - weight on right side
Pulse squat with curl
Marches
Hinge and row left
Hinge and row right
