Upper & Lower Body Combos

This workout gets you involved with pairs of exercises, focussing on upper & lower body. There are 4 pairs of exercises:

  • Pair 1: Dumbbell swings & alternating narrow to wider chest press

  • Pair 2: Alternating reverse lunges with calf raise & bent over row to overhead press

  • Pair 3: Romanian deadlift to alternating leg abduction & alternating upright row to bent over lat fly

  • Pair 4: Narrow squats & dumbbell push up with renegade row


Each exercise is for 40 seconds, with 10 seconds rest between. Complete each pair of exercise three times before moving on. You need a set of dumbbells for this workout.
